David McKelvin, MPA, PMP, PMI-RMP
David McKelvin is responsible for producing necessary presentations, organizing material for technical documents, providing content for the Task Force website, and being a public voice for items released by the Task Force.
Prior to joining the Task Force staff, Mr. McKelvin served over nine years as an active duty Army Engineer Officer. During his active duty career, Mr. McKelvin served in two combat deployments to Iraq and held various leadership and staff positions. He has successfully applied project and risk management practices while working as a project manager for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as well as a leader of Soldiers in active duty engineer units.
Mr. McKelvin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Hartford and a Master of Arts degree in Public Administration from Webster University. He is also a certified Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute.
