Crosby Hipes, M.A.
Mr. Hipes is an experienced researcher who conducts research at the intersections of mental health, social psychology, and military/veterans issues. Specifically, he has published research on the stigma of seeking mental health treatment in the U.S. military and military and veterans’ benefits. He is currently working on a dissertation addressing the relationship between structural power and mental illness stigma. He currently teaches the sociology of gender at the University of Maryland.
Mr. Hipes holds a M.A. in sociology from the University of Arkansas.
