Rachel Gaddes, MPH

Rachel Gaddes, M.P.H.
Project Director

Ms. Gaddes is an experienced researcher who has conceptualized and conducted qualitative research, particularly related to the health and wellness of military personnel and their families. She has led formative, process, and outcome evaluations and is a seasoned data collector, analyst, writer, and project manager. Ms. Gaddes is currently serving as the project director providing research support for the Defense Advisory Committee on Women in the Services (DACOWITS). Before joining Insight, Ms. Gaddes conducted research for DOD including: assessing the potential impact of the repeal of Don’t Ask Don’t Tell and an ethnographic study exploring the impact of multiple deployments on communities adjacent to military installations.

Ms. Gaddes holds a M.P.H. with a concentration in Social and Behavioral Sciences and a B.S. in Rehabilitation Counseling and Human Services both from Boston University.
